For the international women day, The Post Internazionale has dedicated an article to my photo series Annick's liberation. The series tackles the subject of violence against women and stages a slow process of "liberation" observed from different points of view.
The project explores the intimate and psychological world of a woman experiencing different emotions - fear, resignation, desperation, oppression - until the moment she engages in a process of self-reaffirmation and liberation.
